Policy
A
Prineville Reservoir Home, Mt Hood Vacations, owners and agents
cannot guarantee your stay until the deposit is received. We are
not responsible for rates published in third-party sites. The rates
above are the current rates and are subject to change without notice,
although any pre-existing reservation will be honored.
We
accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Thirty percent (30%)
of your estimated total cost will be charged when making reservations.
The remaining balance of seventy percent (70%) will be charged 30
days prior to your arrival. If there are changes to the initial
credit card provided, guest is responsible for providing a current,
active credit card number for final charges and the Security Deposit.
A
$50 service charge will apply to all canceled reservations. If you
cancel your reservations more than 30 days before arrival date,
we will refund the remainder of your deposit. No refunds for cancellations
made within 30 days before your scheduled arrival date unless we
are able to re-book your reserved dates.
Check-in
time is 4pm. We do have arrangements for late check-ins, so please
let us know in advance if you will need a later check-in.
Check-out
time is 11am.
To
help ensure the cleanliness of A Prineville Reservoir Retreat,
we request that no outdoor footwear be worn inside. There
is a tiled entrance area and Mud/Ski Room upon entering
and we thank you for removing all outdoor shoes when inside.
We
do not allow using any scented candles or incense - thank
you for respecting this.
Soaps,
Linens and towels are provided for the number of people
on your reservation.
The
kitchen is fully equipped including china, flatware, glassware
and barware, pots and pans, Cuisinart, Kitchenaid, Blender,
serving pieces, salt and pepper and some spices. We do not
provide any food. If there is food left in the refrigerator
or cupboards we do not guarantee it in any way.
High-Speed
Internet, WiFi, TV's, DVD, and Local and Satellite programming
are provided.

Due
to events beyond our control, please note that not all cell phone
carriers receive a signal on the property. You are in the desert!
For your convenience, you may dial locally at no charge.
Only
adults are allowed to operate the fireplace. Each person must read
the instructions provided before using the fireplace. The fireplace
has a remote control for starting and will shut down after 6 hours
of uninterrupted use.
Camping
in RV's, campers, trailers is available on the grounds of A Prineville
Reservoir Home, ONLY with
prior written approval and additional per person fees paid. Abuse
of this policy will result in the termination of your reservation.
There
is much wildlife in the area. Be sure to clean the BBQ after each
use. Do not to leave any food out. Make sure garbage can lids are
securely closed, or the deer, cougars, neighborhood dogs or raccoons
may be visiting you.
SMOKING
IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN A Prineville Reservoir Home AND
ON THE PROPERTY. You will be charged for ANY additional cleaning
if smoking is done in the home.
A
Prineville Reservoir Home is wonderful for all ages, but we
do not rent to people less than 25 years of age.
A
Prineville Reservoir Home has a strict NO
PET Policy.
A
Prineville Reservoir Home does allow outdoor fires in designated
areas during the designated burning period, typically October 1
to June 30. Only off-site firewood is allowed (and typically available
at the Prineville Reservoir State Park. Please do not burn any wood
or debris found on property. Please do not cut down any trees for
firewood. Violations will result in forfeiture of deposit.
The
renter agrees to use the property in the manner for which it is
intended. The renter will not bother neighbors, or infringe on other
guests rights, enjoyment or use of property. In respect to neighbors
we request quiet time, between 9 PM - 8 AM.
The
renter shall not have more people stay overnight, other than those
listed on the original reservation.
A
Prineville Reservoir Home is designed for guests who are able
to respect the peace and quiet of the environment and be considerate
of the home and the surroundings.
Guest
Safety:
We make every reasonable effort to ensure guest safety at A Prineville
Reservoir Home. However this is a natural environment, with
natural walking areas and some fairly intense weather at times.
During high winds and storms please stay within the home or on the
main areas of the property and watch for falling or loose trees
and branches. We do not recommend walking the property at night
since you will not be able to see a fallen or falling tree limb.
